National ATM replacement project. I designed and ran a workshopped for 28 senior stakeholders (CBA, EDS, TNT, Armaguard, IBM) to produce an executable project and change plan to replace ATMs nationally. The outcome was obvious when the Project Sponsor shouted everyone beers afterwards.

I worked initially with a bunch of project team members, bribed with pizza and softdrinks, to find out what the true rollout date was possible. It turned out there were more to the rollout than anyone knew. They shared t

Change Planning

I work with you to build a one on page strategy. We uncover your heart felt ‘why’, what you believe (your values), and your strategy statement (elevator pitch).

From 1-2 hours depending on the clarity you have so far.

Delivery
Planning

A delivery plan has the what, who, when and why (objective).

I don’t create long winded 300 line, mulit-page plans. Instead we work on a one-pager that is visual, easy to track and adaptable as delivery changes occurs. I work with you and your team to build it because when they are involved they commit to the plan. Prep required pre and post session.

From 2-3 hours (workshopping) and from 2-4 hours (prep) based on the complexity of the plan .

Business Blueprint

Business blueprints are a long term view of your business vision.

I work with you to create a 1, 2, 5 and 10 year plan. It is broken into various elements of your business and each year shows the end state for that time. It is a brilliant way to plan for the future. Post the session i encourage you and your team to fill in the deails.

From 1.5 – 2 hours, with you completing details post session.

Coaching

Coaching is one-on-one session to gain clarity, reflect and grow.

I can deliver formal or informal coaching services to you or your team. Both Personal and business coaching is available. Each session reflects on the previous, reviews objectives, sets actions, and creates focus.

Sessions are 60 – 75 minutes and involve setting clear objectives and actions.

$250 per hour

Training

Mini Courses are learn-as-you-go resources.

I have put together mini courses to share the knowledge and know how with you and your team. Ideally, you would have me show you how to fish, provide you the training for fishing, and be available it you need help in the future. Pay only once for full business license. Cost below is per training course.

Project Director

This project: replace all ATMs nation-wide. I was not the project manager, however I was called in to reset the project because the client was not happy and the go live date was in trouble.

I asked a few questions and it was clear the 6 week rollout commencement date was not going to happen. I put on a pizza lunch for the guys on the ground because I knew they would know what was possible. The pizza worked. It turned out there were problems relating to the rollout beyond what the Project Manager was aware of. We unpacked a range of issues, risks, and constraints, and discovered it would take 9 months to commence the rollout, not 6 weeks as expected by the client.

This required a strategic reset. I designed and facilitated a full-day workshop for 28, less than happy, senior stakeholders (CBA, EDS, TNT, Armaguard, IBM, etc.). I included the pizza guys and together with the suppliers and service providers, we produced an executable project and change plan. The project sponsor was initially sceptical, however as we got into the planning he was on the front foot with his sleeves rolled up. He must have been happy as he shouted everyone beers afterwards.

The critical success factor was to understand the sponsor priorities and ensure all the experts were included in the planning workshop. Collaboration was the winner on the day. We established great buy in, an executable plan, an agreed commencement date, and a group working together to achieve it.

RESULTS: Project recieved an excellence award, was delivered on budget, and on time. The client was over the moon.
